Rasterdialog, load-bearing walls that shift from floor to floor around a single hall.
Load-bearing concrete walls run the depth of the building, their extensions stepping back and forth on each floor so a ring of rooms forms around one grand hall. The site is on the Äußere Mariahilfer Straße in the 15th district, where a Gründerzeit building had come down.
